100 Broad Street Website

Working alongside Urban Vision, BRKS Design Studio have designed and built the public consultation website for 100 Broad Street, Birmingham.

Urban Vision is bringing forward new proposals for a highly sustainable, Build-to-Rent development at 100 Broad Street.

The development will continue the ongoing transformation of Broad Street into a high-quality, sustainable, city centre neighbourhood.

It will be a residential led mixed-use building of 32 storeys, providing 294 apartments and opportunities on the ground floor for shops, restaurants, cafes, business, and service uses.

The aim is to deliver one of the most sustainable buildings in Birmingham. 100 Broad Street will be a ‘smart’ building, using innovative technology to help drive energy efficiency thereby saving residents money whilst reducing their carbon footprint.

The website will be available to view for a limited time, providing both an overview of the initial proposal and an opportunity to voice feedback, via the online form, prior to the planning application submission.
