Aylestone Road Website
Working alongside Crosslane and Prime Student Living, BRKS Design Studio have designed and built the public consultation website for Aylestone Road, Leicester.
Located on the edge of Leicester City Centre, the proposed development will comprise 203 Cluster Bedrooms, 154 Studio Bedrooms and 10 Accessible Bedrooms and associated student amenities spaces.
With accommodation over a total of six storeys, residents will benefit from bright, well equipped private bedrooms as well as an on-site gym, private dining facilities, a cinema / multimedia room, games areas and study space. Similarly, a private courtyard will be provided to offer study and leisure external amenity space for resident use.
The shared amenity space aims to create an inclusive social community between student residents, with each area designed to nurture specific pursuits to cultivate collaboration, socialising or celebration.
The website will be available to view for a limited time, providing both an overview of the initial proposal and an opportunity to voice feedback, via the online form, prior to the planning application submission.
