Hollowell Way Website

Working alongside Orbit Homes and rg+p, BRKS Design Studio have designed and built the public consultation website for the Hollowell Way proposal.

The proposal includes plans to develop 85 high quality new affordable homes to regenerate the area surrounding Hollowell Way, Brownsover.

The regeneration of Hollowell Way will deliver:

  • New pedestrian routes to facilitate greater connectivity with the surrounding community

  • Attractive, useable greenspace with a new ‘green corridor’ at the heart of the development

  • Improved safety and security

  • A sustainable housing mix meeting local need and providing a more balanced community

  • Sustainable new homes

  • Reuse of existing land adding social value and greater biodiversity

The website provides both an overview of the proposals and an opportunity to provide thoughts on the plans, via the online feedback form, before a planning application is submitted to Rugby Borough Council.
