Central Station St. Website

Working alongside Glenbrook Property, BRKS Design Studio have designed and built the public consultation website for the Central Station Street proposal.

Whilst only in the early stages of developing an approach, the vision for Central Station Street has been centred on the re-invigoration of The Electric Cinema.

The proposal supports the evolution of The Electric to ensure it remains a cultural asset for another century to come, evolves into a fully inclusive place which celebrates all aspects of Birmingham’s creative heritage, and provides a venue where the city’s independent community of creators can flourish.

A comprehensive plan will be developed over the coming months as Glenbrook Property work with partners – including representatives from Birmingham’s film and cultural scene – to undertake a feasibility study into The Electric and the potential options for its future.

The website provides both an overview of the initial proposal and an opportunity to provide thoughts on the plans, via the online feedback form – it will be available to view for a limited time at www.centralstationstreet.co.uk
