Huntingdon Street Website

Working alongside Crosslane Residential Living, BRKS Design Studio have designed and built the public consultation website for Huntingdon Street, Nottingham.

The site is located at the edge of the city centre and has excellent sustainable active travel links into the heart of the city and also the Nottingham Trent University campus.

The development will comprise 210 premium student studio bedrooms, associated student amenities and ancillary service spaces.

With accommodation over a total of six storeys, from a sunken lower ground floor to a mansard roof fourth floor, residents will benefit from bright, well equipped private bedrooms as well as an on-site gym, private dining facilities, a cinema / multimedia room, games areas and study space. Similarly, a private courtyard will be provided to offer study and leisure external amenity space for resident use.

The website will be available to view for a limited time, providing both an overview of the initial proposal and an opportunity to voice feedback, via the online form, prior to the planning application submission.
