Angel Row Website

Working alongside Crosslane Residential Living, BRKS Design Studio have designed and built the public consultation website for Angel Row, Nottingham.

The proposal outlines Crosslane Residential Living’s plans to bring forward the redevelopment of Angel Row in Nottingham, to create a new purpose built Residential Shared Living accommodation block with 427 units, alongside welfare and amenity spaces including landscaped courtyards.

The site occupies a highly prominent position between Angel Row, Mount Street and Maid Marian Way, providing excellent links in and out of the city and benefitting from being within a mixed and vibrant city centre location.

The scheme’s design will maximise opportunities to incorporate sustainable design features where possible, and a high BREEAM rating will be targeted. Through collaborative dialogue with Nottingham City Council and local stakeholders throughout the development process, the aim is to ensure the proposal not only enhances new residents wellbeing, but also benefits the surrounding community.

The website will be available to view for a limited time, providing both an overview of the initial proposal and an opportunity to voice feedback, via the online form, prior to the planning application submission.
