A vibrant and impactful visual identity for new Manchester based building consultancy, Ivy Lees.

Ivy Lees are Commercial Building Surveyors that operate in all sectors of Commercial Building Consultancy. Located in Manchester, they act on behalf of landlords, tenants, developers, and funders throughout the north of England.

Working alongside Ivy Lees founder, Lewis Livesey, the aim was to develop a brand identity that not only stood out, but also felt more approachable than other companies within the industry.

The result was the development of a minimalist, typographic logo, coupled with a vivid colour palette and bold graphics.

With the brand in place, the website was built with a focus on delivering an engaging and user friendly experience, adding subtly animated elements throughout to create a dynamic feel.
